Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Health Millennium Support & Migration Engineer, playing a crucial role in transforming healthcare IT infrastructure. This position focuses on modernizing legacy systems and ensuring secure, dependable access to vital clinical applications. You'll leverage your expertise across Oracle Health Millennium, Citrix, Windows infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to maintain production stability, prepare for migrations, and guarantee operational success post-migration.

This role is essential for supporting L2/L3 production environments for Oracle Health Millennium and its related infrastructure. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex clinical application and infrastructure challenges, supporting integrations, assisting with Citrix-to-cloud transitions, and ensuring robust, secure access to critical healthcare systems. Collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical teams is key to achieving application reliability, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth migration cutovers and stabilization.

Provide comprehensive L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications, infrastructure, and clinical workflows. Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity across diverse environments. Diagnose and resolve incidents, service requests, and application or infrastructure-related issues promptly. Conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement effective corrective actions, and actively participate in incident, problem, change, and release management. Contribute to Oracle Health Millennium migration, modernization, cloud adoption, cutover, and post-migration stabilization efforts. Support and troubleshoot healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR APIs, C-CDA, SMART on FHIR, and related interoperability standards. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and secure access components. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for application support and performance enhancement.

A solid understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, clinical workflows, and healthcare application support is mandatory. Demonstrated hands-on experience in integration, incident management, problem management, change management, production support, and root cause analysis. Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and fundamental networking troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including writing queries, procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance tuning. Experience supporting healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or SMART on FHIR. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional clinical, operational, technical, and project teams. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills are essential.
