Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications, infrastructure, and clinical workflows. Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions. Support migration, transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives for Oracle Health Millennium. Troubleshoot healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, and SMART on FHIR. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix environments, and networking components. Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for application support and performance enhancement.

Mandatory skills include a strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture and healthcare application support. You must have hands-on experience with integration, incident, problem, and change management, along with production support and root cause analysis. Essential technical expertise covers Linux, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for queries, procedures, and performance tuning is also required. Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or SMART on FHIR is necessary. Excellent collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are vital.
