This contract role focuses on Oracle Health Millennium, Citrix, Windows infrastructure, and cloud integration to maintain production stability and drive successful migrations.
As a key member of the support and migration team, you'll handle L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting complex issues, supporting integrations, facilitating Citrix-to-cloud transitions, and guaranteeing high-performing access to vital healthcare systems.
Collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, infrastructure, and project teams to ensure application reliability, resolve incidents swiftly, and manage migration cutovers and post-migration stabilization efforts.
Provide comprehensive L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications, infrastructure, and clinical workflows. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity across diverse environments. Resolve incidents, service requests, and application or infrastructure-related problems, conducting thorough root cause analysis. Support the entire lifecycle of Oracle Health Millennium migrations, including transformation, cloud adoption, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. Troubleshoot and support healthcare integrations utilizing HL7, FHIR APIs, C-CDA, and SMART on FHIR standards. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for application support and performance enhancement.
A solid understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, clinical workflows, and healthcare application support is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience in integration, incident management, problem management, change management, production support, and root cause analysis. Technical proficiency in Linux, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and fundamental networking troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including query development, procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance tuning. Experience supporting healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or SMART on FHIR. Ability to foster strong collaboration with clinical, operational, technical, and project stakeholders. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer capabilities are a must.
