Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications and their infrastructure. Monitor system performance, availability, and stability. Resolve incidents, service requests, and application/infrastructure issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Support migration, cloud adoption, and post-migration stabilization efforts. Troubleshoot healthcare integrations using standards like HL7 and FHIR. Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Citrix environments. Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries for application support and performance tuning.

Requires a strong understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT support models. Must have hands-on experience in integration, incident, problem, and change management. Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix, NetScaler, and fundamental networking is essential. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is necessary. Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a key requirement. Excellent collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are expected.
