As an Oracle Health Millennium Support & Migration Engineer, you will provide essential L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications and their associated infrastructure. Your contributions will be vital to migration and modernization initiatives. This involves diagnosing and resolving clinical application and infrastructure issues, supporting critical integrations, assisting with Citrix-to-cloud migration efforts, and guaranteeing secure, high-performance access to vital healthcare systems.

Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering L2/L3 production support for Oracle Health Millennium applications, infrastructure, and clinical workflows. - Continuously monitoring system performance, availability, capacity, and operational stability. - Diagnosing and resolving incidents, service requests, and issues related to applications, infrastructure, and interoperability. - Conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective measures, and actively participating in incident, problem, change, and release management. - Supporting Oracle Health Millennium migration, transformation, cloud adoption, cutover, and post-migration stabilization efforts. - Troubleshooting healthcare integrations utilizing HL7, FHIR APIs, C-CDA, SMART on FHIR, and other interoperability standards. - Administering and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and secure access components. - Developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for business applications and database performance enhancements.

Mandatory qualifications include a solid understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, clinical workflows, and healthcare application support. You must possess hands-on experience in integration, incident, problem, and change management, along with production support and root cause analysis.

Essential technical skills encompass Linux, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and fundamental networking troubleshooting. Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including queries, procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance tuning, is required. Experience supporting healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or SMART on FHIR is also necessary.
