This role involves acting as the technical owner for Oracle Cloud HCM within an ERP system. You will be instrumental in planning product selection assessments, preparing design proposals that consider cost, time, and alternative actions to meet current and future business needs.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle FDI and contributions to developing assets, accelerators, offerings, and differentiators in the HCM space. Experience with Redwood UI migration and Agentic AI is also highly desired.

As the technical owner of Oracle Cloud HCM, you will plan and direct product selection assessments and prepare design proposals. You will make decisions that materially impact project outcomes and contribute to developing HCM-specific assets and accelerators.

Your role will involve architecting solutions, developing proof-of-concepts for clients, and communicating technical solutions to junior consultants. You will also be responsible for developing and fine-tuning estimating models and methodologies.

A key aspect of this role is having expert technical knowledge across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll.

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist with 6-8 years of relevant experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. An advanced understanding of the overall Oracle Cloud HCM solution and high-level Human Resource business processes is essential.

Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge in areas such as Reporting & Extracts (OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract, Fast Formulas) is required. A basic understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP solution is also necessary. Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects as a technical owner is a significant advantage.

Ideal candidates will possess expert technical knowledge in several Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ability to communicate solutions effectively to junior consultants and architect solutions, including proof-of-concepts, is crucial for success in this role.
