Engage in end-to-end configuration across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, ORC, Time & Labor, and Benefits. Develop and validate configuration workbooks, plan setup tasks, and ensure migration readiness. Execute detailed hands-on configuration for legislative setups, element definitions, time rules, formulas, payroll flows, approvals, and flex fields. Lead configuration activities from prototyping through production deployment, and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas. Collaborate with technical teams on HCM Extracts, HDL loads, OTBI/BIP reporting, and integration activities, ensuring high solution quality and supporting go-live phases.

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent management, along with solid knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, workflows, security, and module interdependencies. Demonstrate proficiency in Fast Formulas, including structure, contexts, debugging, and optimization, as well as working knowledge of integrations, HDL, OTBI/BIP, and HCM Extracts. Experience in leading UAT with business users and translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions is essential. Functional leadership experience, guiding junior consultants and ensuring deliverable quality, is also required.
