Seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Lead Consultant to drive enterprise application initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on core modules and leveraging technical expertise for effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of our HCM landscape.

Lead requirements gathering, configure solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting modules. Conduct CRPs and solution design workshops, translating business needs into system designs. Stay abreast of Oracle AI advancements in Fusion Cloud and maintain strong connections within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. Flexibility to work UK and US shifts is essential.

A minimum of 10 years in enterprise applications, with at least 7 years specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting is mandatory. Proficiency in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula is required. A solid understanding of Fusion HCM Cloud technical concepts including HDL, HSDL, and integrations via REST APIs and OTBI Reporting is also crucial. Experience with the Talent Management module is advantageous.
