We are seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion specialist with a focus on Oracle HCM HR Helpdesk.

This role requires deep expertise in compensation and benefits within Oracle HCM Cloud. You will engage in full lifecycle projects, leveraging your extensive knowledge.

Bring your strong business acumen in total rewards, understanding annual cycles and customary business processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with executives, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.

Your responsibilities will include providing expert support for Oracle HCM HR Helpdesk.

You will contribute to full lifecycle projects within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management.

Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, working effectively across a matrixed organization to achieve project goals.

A proven track record in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within compensation and benefits, is essential.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a complete project lifecycle. Proficiency with MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, is also required.

We are looking for individuals with design thinking capabilities, the ability to lead projects, and act as a project manager when necessary. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the capacity to quickly grasp and utilize new technical concepts. Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision is expected.
