We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for global implementations and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. You will build and manage integrations using tools such as OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Developing reports through BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas is also a core part of this role. Additionally, you will handle data migration, data conversion, and bulk data uploads using HDL/HSDL.

Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Address and resolve production issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions. Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, while adhering to Oracle best practices and coding standards.

We are looking for candidates with strong, proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical. Familiarity with modules such as Global HR, Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, or Learning Modules is essential. A good understanding of security, roles, and workflow configurations within HCM Cloud is also required.
