We are seeking professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. You'll be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and delivering value to our clients.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and preparing detailed functional design documents and test scenarios. You will also support integrations, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams is essential, alongside providing ongoing production support and managing releases.

Candidates should possess 5-15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and possess expertise in Core HR, Global HR, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Absence Management, and Learning Cloud (OLC). Proficiency in configuration, functional design, and testing is crucial. Familiarity with integration tools like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, and BI Publisher is required. Experience with Payroll is preferred.
