As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud projects. Your contributions will shape innovative payroll implementations and enhance client satisfaction. Embrace a career that allows you to grow, lead, and make a tangible impact.

Design and maintain intricate Payroll Fast Formulas, including Earnings, Deductions, Absence, Proration, Elements Eligibility Rules, and Validation. Configure and support core Oracle HCM Payroll modules, analyze payroll results to troubleshoot issues, and develop optimized Fast Formulas for complex client needs.

Participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, capturing client requirements and translating them into scalable payroll solutions. Support data conversion activities and collaborate with integration teams on HCM Extracts, HDL loads, and OIC integrations. Build and enhance OTBI and BI Publisher reports for essential payroll reporting.

Provide L2/L3 support for payroll-related issues and lead testing cycles such as UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing. Mentor junior consultants, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing best practices and project documentation.

This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and strong expertise in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, HCM Extract, and Elements). A solid understanding of HDL, HCM Extracts, Payroll Flows, Calculation Cards, and payroll legislative rules is essential.

Functional proficiency in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor is advantageous. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and client-facing abilities. The capacity to work independently and manage priorities effectively is key. Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery frameworks is expected.
