You will be instrumental in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll implementations, enhancements, and production support. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring payroll elements, and conducting thorough testing. Your expertise will ensure smooth payroll operations and address complex scenarios.

Ideal candidates possess strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, including end-to-end implementations. A solid understanding of UK payroll statutory requirements like PAYE, NI, and RTI is essential. Proficiency in Fast Formula, payroll configuration, and integrations with Core HR, Absence, Benefits, OTL, and Finance is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are key.
