Spearhead end-to-end implementations and Application Management Services for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications, and configuring HCM modules like Workforce Structures, Payroll elements, and Talent profiles. You will also manage payroll configurations, support data uploads, conduct system testing, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments.

Additionally, you will handle incident management and service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs. This includes supporting patch testing, conducting impact analyses, and providing essential functional guidance, user training, and documentation to stakeholders. Your contributions will be vital for successful project delivery and ongoing system support.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 10-12 years of experience, specializing in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. A strong understanding of HCM module configurations, including Workforce Structures, Payroll elements, Talent profiles, performance management, and succession planning, is essential. Proficiency in data uploads using HDL/HSDL and experience with system testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution are required.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams for integrations and custom developments. Experience in managing incident management, service requests, and enhancements within defined SLAs is crucial. Familiarity with supporting quarterly patch testing and providing functional guidance and user training will be advantageous for this role.
