Seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion HCM BICC & Reporting Consultant with proven expertise in BI Cloud Connector (BICC), HCM reporting, and data extraction.

This role involves leveraging deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM to deliver robust reporting solutions and efficient data extraction processes.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing BICC data extracts, configuring BI View Objects (BIVOs), and managing full and incremental data loads. You will develop and support complex HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts, ensuring data accuracy through SQL analysis and validation.

Additional duties involve supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments, alongside post-production support. Experience with HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management is highly valued.

A strong command of Oracle Fusion HCM, BICC, BIVO, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and SQL is mandatory.

Familiarity with integrating BICC extracts with data warehouses or analytics platforms is preferred. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, and OIC will be an advantage.
