Your core responsibilities will include delivering end-to-end production support, managing incidents and service requests within SLA, and supporting essential financial processes such as journal processing, allocations, and financial close activities.

You will also be tasked with configuring and maintaining FAH components, troubleshooting complex issues related to transaction ingestion and accounting, and reconciling financial data across multiple systems. Managing integrations via OIC, APIs, and FBDI, along with supporting data pipelines and monitoring batch processes, will be key.

Further duties involve supporting system changes, testing, deployments, and quarterly updates. Collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk, and Audit teams is essential for maintaining strong financial controls and regulatory compliance. Maintaining comprehensive production support documentation will also be a vital part of your role.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of hands-on functional and technical production support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. A strong functional background in Oracle Fusion General Ledger, FAH/AHCS, and Subledger Accounting is essential.

Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials in a large-scale production setting is required, along with a solid grasp of accounting transformations, journal processing, reconciliations, and financial close procedures. Familiarity with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BICC, web services, and enterprise data integrations is crucial.

Candidates should also possess strong incident management skills, with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and deliver timely resolutions. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are a must. A good understanding of financial controls, data governance, audit requirements, and change-management processes is also expected.
