An experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Lease Accounting Functional Consultant is needed to drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting and Lease Management solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring IFRS 16 compliant lease accounting within Oracle Fusion ERP, primarily utilizing Oracle Lease Management as a lease contract repository. The consultant will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and technical teams to establish compliant lease accounting processes, verify accounting outcomes, assist with closing activities, and facilitate audit-ready reporting.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation, configuration, testing, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting. Design and configure IFRS 16 compliant lease accounting processes throughout the lease lifecycle. Configure and validate Right-of-Use asset recognition, lease liability calculations, amortization, remeasurement, reassessment, depreciation, and interest expense. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end lease accounting close processes. Validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting outputs across Lease Accounting, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable. Assist with statutory reporting, management reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for lease accounting.

A minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting implementation and support. A strong understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience configuring lease accounting calculations and schedules, along with proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets) and Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting. The ability to validate lease accounting entries, reconciliations, accounting events, and financial reporting outputs is critical. Excellent collaboration skills with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Technical, and Customer teams are also a must.
