We seek a skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and associated ERP modules. This role involves close collaboration with business users to understand needs, resolve production issues, support implementations, and contribute to project documentation and testing. The ideal candidate will be adept at working within a support framework, managing multiple tasks independently, and interacting with clients as a functional subject matter expert.

Engage directly with business users as an Oracle Cloud ERP functional expert to grasp requirements, issues, and priorities. Analyze business needs, conduct fit-gap assessments, and propose functional solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities. Address and resolve production issues across Oracle Fusion ERP modules within a support context. Contribute to project deliverables, including solution designs, functional specifications, setup documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules and produce functional configuration documentation. Develop, review, and execute test scenarios across SIT, UAT, and other testing environments. Liaise with technical and integration teams, particularly in complex, large-scale customer environments. Clearly articulate business requirements and functional designs to project team members, stakeholders, and client teams.

Possess 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Billing, Contracts, and Project Costing. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with the Oracle Fusion Redwood theme. Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent assignments. Possess robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving proficiencies. Showcase effective customer-facing skills and leadership in discussions. Exhibit a willingness and capacity to operate within a support model. Maintain a positive outlook and a strong aptitude for learning new Oracle Fusion modules as needed.
