NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing & Cost Management Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about driving innovative solutions and growing within a forward-thinking organization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management. You will be instrumental in leading comprehensive implementations, providing expert support, and ensuring seamless integrations with shop-floor systems and other supply chain functions.

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. Configure and optimize crucial Manufacturing, Inventory, and Cost Accounting processes. Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems for work orders, material consumption, quality, and machine data. Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment. Provide support for costing, inventory valuation, month-end close, WIP accounting, and variance analysis. Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, testing, training, and go-live support. Work effectively within onsite-offshore delivery models and lead small functional teams.

A minimum of 10 years of SCM/ERP experience is required, with significant hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete/Process), Cost Management & Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management. Possess a solid understanding of costing methods including Standard, Actual, FIFO, and Average Costing. Experience with cost rollups, WIP accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis is essential. Completed a minimum of 1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Understanding of MES integration concepts and shop-floor process automation is necessary. Exposure to Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, and PLM is considered desirable. Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
