Join our Financial Reporting Systems Team, integral to the Office of the CFO and Controllership. We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM professional with deep expertise in cost allocation and Service Catalog-based models. With 8-10+ years of experience, you will lead the functional design, configuration, production support, and ongoing enhancement of EPCM allocation processes, collaborating closely with Finance, Business, Data, Technology, and Development departments.

As a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM and Service Catalog-based cost allocation processes. Key duties include designing, configuring, and maintaining allocation models, rules, drivers, filters, and calculation logic. You will monitor production allocations, troubleshoot job failures and data discrepancies using SQL and Snowflake, and translate business needs into effective functional designs. This role also involves leading testing phases (functional, technical, UAT, regression) and managing releases across environments. You'll generate reports using Essbase, OAC, and Tableau, support P&L Management reporting, and assist with project management activities. Additionally, you will analyze variances, identify business-critical information, and partner with teams to align P&L reporting with evolving business requirements.

We require hands-on experience in implementing and configuring EPM-EPCM allocation rules, drivers, filters, metadata, and business logic. Strong SQL skills are essential for data validation and troubleshooting, along with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses. A solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, and data mapping is necessary. Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and release management is expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud environment migrations is beneficial. Candidates should be comfortable working independently on daily tasks and receiving general guidance on new assignments.
