We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Lead specializing in Order Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values adaptability and innovation.

As an Oracle Functional Lead, you will leverage your extensive experience in Oracle SCM modules to support and enhance client solutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing functional expertise for Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Purchasing modules within Ebiz R12.2.x. - Managing support projects, ensuring resolution of tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining strong ITSM process knowledge. - Deeply understanding core SCM processes, configuration, and master data management. - Troubleshooting workflow exceptions and errors to ensure seamless system operation. - Collaborating with technical teams to develop robust solutions for functional requirements and implementing new features. - Creating comprehensive test scripts for end-to-end business process validation. - Working with integrations, including EDI transactions with bolt-on systems.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Lead with a minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in Oracle SCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supporting Oracle SCM core modules, specifically Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Purchasing, with a focus on Ebiz R12.2.x.

Essential skills include in-depth process knowledge, experience with workflow exception debugging, and the ability to develop technical solutions in conjunction with the Oracle technical team. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective interaction with end-users and client IT contacts. Flexibility to work across APAC and extended EMEA shifts, along with on-call weekend support for critical issues, is also required.
