As an Oracle FCCS Consultant, you will spearhead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and design robust FCCS solution components. You will provide expert functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, driving client discussions and ensuring design sign-offs.

Key responsibilities include mentoring project team members, supporting UAT and defect resolution, and leading deployment activities. You will also ensure adherence to FCCS best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

We are looking for candidates with 10-16 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, specifically with proven expertise in implementing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) across multiple projects. A strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial reporting processes is essential.

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong communication, analytical, and documentation abilities, are vital.
