Lead and drive OFSAA implementation and consulting projects, managing practice engagements. Cultivate business growth acumen and achieve business goals, meeting budgets, and maintaining strategic direction. Ensure high-quality delivery from consultants within engagements.

Engage clients with strong communication and presentation skills, supporting them throughout the implementation lifecycle. Deliver multiple OFSAA implementation/consulting projects, actively developing innovative approaches to expand practice reach within client ecosystems. Direct business operations and consulting resources for OFSAA solution implementation, assessing and managing business risks to achieve practice goals. Maintain strategic direction, drive profitable practice growth, ensure quality consulting delivery, and foster customer satisfaction.

Possess experience with OFSAA implementations or similar financial services solutions. Demonstrate the ability to lead large teams effectively for exceptional client service. Experience managing ETL tools (e.g., ODI, Informatica) and reporting applications (e.g., OBIEE, Power BI) is essential. Manage the core pillars of a practice: people, portfolio/delivery, and sales enablement. Be accountable for operational, financial, and people metrics, driving overall business results for the competency.

Be well-versed in OFSAA solutions like EPM, ERM, FCCM, and IFRS. Exhibit expertise in products, technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and relevant architectural components. Possess strong command over SQL-PL/SQL and transformation design. Demonstrate a deep understanding of OFSAA staging and reporting data models, with experience in data model enhancements and architecting data models.

Develop innovative approaches and focus on automation through business acumen. Deliver large/medium OFSAA programs, showcasing expert consulting skills, advanced OFSAA knowledge, and industry expertise. Play a key role in business development, including presales and practice development activities. Display strong man-management skills and the ability to lead consultancy assignments. Have a solid grasp of data lineage and proficiency in building/extending load utility tools such as OFSAA Excel File Upload, File to Table (F2T), Table to Table (T2T), Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, and AMHM. Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence. Prioritize deliveries with the implementation team, adopting a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution. Clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
