Seeking a seasoned Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience. This role focuses on supporting core Oracle Financial modules, specifically AP, AR, and GL within the Ebiz R12.2.x environment. A strong understanding of ITSM processes and experience in resolving tickets within SLAs are essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include providing expert support for Oracle FIN modules (AP, AR, GL), managing master data, and configuring/setting up these modules. You will also be responsible for debugging workflow exceptions, implementing new features based on business needs, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver functional solutions. Developing test scripts and working on integrations with bolt-on systems, including EDI, are also part of this role. The position requires flexibility for APAC and extended EMEA shifts, including on-call weekend support for critical issues.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of functional experience in Oracle Finance, with in-depth knowledge of AP, AR, and GL modules in Ebiz R12.2.x. Strong process knowledge, experience with ITSM, and the ability to manage master data and configurations are required. Experience in debugging workflow issues and integrating with external systems is crucial. Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and client IT contacts are expected. Flexibility to work across different time zones and provide weekend on-call support is mandatory.
