Join EY and build a career as unique as you are. We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM-PBCS Consultant with extensive experience in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting solutions. This role is crucial for leading and delivering financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical skills in PBCS/EPBCS, including dimension hierarchy management, data integration, reporting tools like Management Reports and Smart View, webforms, dashboards, and task management.

This position requires a deep understanding of business rules, Groovy scripting, security configurations, approval workflows, and financial process optimization. Success in this role depends on effective collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Design and deploy critical financial planning components, including financial reports, web forms, dashboards, business rules, smart lists, and management reports. Configure security settings and approval workflows to align with business requirements.

Execute data integrations from various source systems, manage file-based integrations, and develop pipelines and data maps between different cubes. Develop and maintain intricate business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations, adhering to industry best practices.

Collaborate closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to gather requirements, build prototypes, conduct thorough system testing, and deliver comprehensive end-user training. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to metadata and data loads, and perform accurate data validations.

Work proactively with clients to understand their strategic business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions. Automate processes using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting to enhance efficiency.

A proven track record of at least 4 years in customer-facing implementation projects, with a strong preference for Oracle PBCS/EPBCS experience, is essential. A background in Finance or Accounting is highly beneficial, enabling a better understanding of business user needs and financial reporting demands.

Preferred qualifications include experience with EPBCS modules such as Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Projects. Prior involvement in large corporate or multinational environments, especially within finance transformation projects, is advantageous.

Exposure to project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is desirable. A passion for automation, process improvement, and modern finance practices will contribute to success. Familiarity with Groovy Scripting and SQL for advanced customization is a plus.
