We seek a seasoned Oracle PBCS/EPBCS Manager with 8-9 years of experience to lead financial planning solution implementations. Our Global Delivery Services (GDS) team plays a pivotal role in EY's strategy, providing essential support to our growth agenda. With a presence in ten locations worldwide and over 80,000 professionals, GDS offers a broad spectrum of client service and enablement services.

Design and deploy comprehensive financial planning solutions using Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, including financial reports, web forms, dashboards, business rules, and task management.

Spearhead data integration efforts, facilitating seamless data flow between various source systems and cubes using pipelines and data maps.

Develop and refine complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations, ensuring adherence to best practices for optimal performance.

Collaborate closely with FP&A teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, conduct thorough system testing, and deliver effective end-user training for successful adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve metadata and data load issues, ensuring data integrity through rigorous validation processes.

A proven track record of at least 8 years in customer-facing Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation projects is highly desirable.

Strong hands-on expertise in PBCS/EPBCS, including dimension hierarchy management, data integration, reporting tools (Management Reports, Smart View), web forms, dashboards, and task management is essential.

Proficiency in developing business rules, Groovy scripting, security configurations, and approval workflows, coupled with experience in optimizing financial processes.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills are paramount for effective collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

A background in Finance or Accounting is a significant advantage, enhancing alignment with business user needs and financial reporting requirements.
