We seek an experienced Oracle PBCS/EPBCS Senior Consultant to lead and implement robust financial planning solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on expertise in PBCS/EPBCS, including dimension hierarchy, data integration, reporting tools (Management Reports/Smart View), webforms, dashboards, task management, business rules, Groovy scripting, security, and approval workflows. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver impactful solutions.

Drive customer-facing implementation projects for Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, aiming for a minimum of 4 years of experience. Design and deploy comprehensive financial reports, web forms, dashboards, business rules, smart lists, management reports, security configurations, and approval workflows. Implement data integrations from various source systems, including file-based integrations, pipelines, and inter-cube data maps. Develop and maintain intricate business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations, adhering to best practices. Collaborate with FP&A teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, conduct system testing, and deliver user training for seamless adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve metadata and data load issues, ensuring data accuracy through validation. Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions that empower strategic decision-making. Automate processes using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting. A finance or accounting background is highly beneficial for aligning with business user needs and financial reporting intricacies.

Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in customer-facing Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation projects. Expertise in designing and deploying financial reports, web forms, dashboards, business rules, smart lists, security, and approval workflows. Proficiency in data integration from source systems, file-based methods, pipelines, and cube-to-cube data mapping. Ability to develop and maintain complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations. Strong collaboration skills for requirement gathering, prototyping, testing, and training. Experience in troubleshooting metadata and data load issues. Skills in process automation using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting are essential.

Preferred experience includes EPBCS modules (Workforce, Financials, Capital, Projects), large corporate environments, finance transformation projects, and exposure to agile or waterfall methodologies. A passion for automation, process improvement, and modern finance practices is advantageous. Familiarity with Groovy Scripting and SQL for advanced customization is a plus.
