Seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with a strong background in EPBCS and ARCS. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's EPM solutions and a proven track record in financial systems implementation.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in financial close processes, including account reconciliation and transaction matching. A solid functional grasp of finance and accounting principles is essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle EPM solutions such as ARCS, from initial design through data integration and testing. You will be responsible for developing solutions within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite, including EPBCS/PBCS or HFM/FCCS.

This role also involves detailed requirement gathering, designing effective solutions, and ensuring robust application development. You will leverage your functional knowledge of finance, accounting, general ledger, and sub-ledgers to deliver high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will manage the creation and validation of standard and custom reports.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in EPM is required, with specific expertise in ARM/ARCS, Reconciliation Compliance, and Transaction Matching. Experience in end-to-end ARCS implementation, covering design, configuration, data integration, and testing, is crucial.

Functional knowledge of finance, accounting, and account reconciliation is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in Hyperion Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) or Hyperion Financial Management (FCCS) is expected. Strong application development experience within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite, coupled with skills in requirement gathering and solution design, is necessary.

Demonstrated sound knowledge of finance/accounting, General Ledger, and Sub Ledgers is essential. The candidate must also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
