Seeking a seasoned Oracle CPQ Consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. This role involves the end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing support of CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with healthcare-specific business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud and a strong understanding of healthcare processes, translating complex requirements into robust technical architectures.

Key duties include designing and developing Oracle CPQ solutions tailored to business needs, particularly within healthcare workflows like product configuration and pricing compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure CPQ components (BMQL, BML, Commerce, Document Engine), and integrate CPQ with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and Oracle ERP. This role also involves supporting healthcare-specific pricing, contract management, and quoting processes, ensuring adherence to regulations like FDA and HIPAA. Troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and documentation are also core responsibilities.

This position requires 5–8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Oracle CPQ Cloud. Essential hands-on skills include BML, BMQL, and CPQ Configuration & Commerce processes. You should have 3–5 years of experience integrating CPQ with CRM/ERP systems, coupled with a solid understanding of pricing models, discounting, and quoting workflows. Prior experience in the healthcare domain (medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or services) and familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance are crucial.
