Seeking a seasoned Oracle Core SCM Solution Architect with extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning to drive transformative projects. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud and a proven track record of leading complex planning initiatives.

Lead multiple assessments and planning maturity evaluations. Drive full-scale Planning transformation programs for clients. Develop and implement strategies for statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, and constrained planning. Orchestrate S&OP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing. Manage global planning transformations across multi-country or multi-BU organizations. Provide strong functional configuration and troubleshooting expertise. Effectively manage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with 5-8 years specifically in Oracle Planning Cloud. Demonstrated experience leading global planning transformations and planning maturity evaluations. Comprehensive understanding of planning processes including statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, S&OP, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing. Proficiency in functional configuration and troubleshooting within planning systems. Strong analytical capabilities and command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting concepts. Excellent storytelling and executive-level presentation skills are essential. Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional understanding) is advantageous. Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership.
