We are seeking experienced Oracle Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage, optimize, and secure our critical Oracle database environments, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle database environments. You will be instrumental in managing database upgrades, migrations, patching, and refresh activities. Proactive performance monitoring, SQL tuning, and troubleshooting are essential to optimize database operations. Implementing robust backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, configuring High Availability solutions like RAC and Data Guard, and enforcing database security standards are also core duties.

Additional responsibilities involve capacity planning, storage management, and conducting regular database health checks. Supporting application deployments, release management, and collaborating with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams are crucial for seamless operations. Maintaining comprehensive operational documentation and SOPs will be expected.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Oracle Database versions 12c, 19c, 21c, or higher, along with proficiency in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and RMAN. Expertise in database performance tuning, SQL, and PL/SQL is vital. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and managing large-scale production environments is required.

Demonstrated experience in database patching, upgrades, cloning, and migration activities is necessary. A strong understanding of database security, auditing, and compliance standards is expected. Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is also a key requirement for this role.
