Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder (VBCS). Provide strong technical leadership, guiding team members and upholding best practices for exceptional code quality. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Visual Builder and associated technologies. Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meticulously gather and analyze project requirements. Craft responsive and scalable user interface solutions utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the OJET framework. Seamlessly integrate VBCS applications with REST and SOAP web services, along with other enterprise systems. Work with Oracle SaaS, OIC, and Oracle Cloud Database integrations. Guide and mentor team members to achieve delivery excellence. Take ownership of team decisions and actively participate in critical architecture and design discussions. Deliver effective solutions for intricate business and technical problems that span multiple teams. Foster knowledge sharing and mentorship to elevate team capabilities. Continuously refine development processes and boost overall delivery efficiency.

A strong foundation in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder is essential, with a minimum of 4 years of dedicated VBCS experience. Deep understanding of its core functionalities, best practices, and design patterns is required. Proficiency in the OJET framework and modern UI development techniques is crucial. Solid grasp of user interface and user experience design principles is expected. Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and cloud-based architectures is necessary. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective conflict resolution skills. Ability to adeptly troubleshoot and resolve application issues is a key requirement.
