EY is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Solution and Technology Architect to spearhead enterprise-wide architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Lead the comprehensive architecture across Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology platforms, developing target-state architectures and roadmaps.

Govern architectural decisions through design reviews and standards, while leading multi-pillar solution architecture for ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and CX.

Define and oversee data migration strategies, integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and establish enterprise integration strategies using APIs and events.

Architect solutions utilizing OCI services, govern data models, and establish cloud security architecture in compliance with regulatory standards.

Partner with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology strategies with business goals, and stay updated on OCI, AI/ML, GenAI, and industry best practices.

A minimum of 15 years in Oracle applications, with at least 7 years dedicated to Oracle Cloud solutions, is essential.

Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing Oracle Alloy and Dedicated Region environments, alongside expertise in architecting hybrid multi-cloud ecosystems, is required.

Strong understanding of data residency, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance, especially within MENA or global regions, is crucial.

Hands-on experience with Cloud Marketplace, Service Catalog capabilities, and industry experience in Telecommunications, Energy, and Government & Infrastructure sectors are highly valued.

Expertise in Oracle application modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS, middleware, data migration, API-based integrations, security configurations, and enterprise business processes is preferred. Experience leading global Oracle application implementations and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are vital. Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
