As an Oracle Cloud Solution and Technology Architect, you will own the end-to-end architecture for Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology platforms, developing target-state architectures and roadmaps. You will govern architectural decisions through ADRs and design reviews, leading multi-pillar solution architecture across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and CX. Your responsibilities include defining data migration strategies, architecting solutions using OCI services, establishing enterprise integration strategies with OIC and APIs, and governing data models. You will also establish cloud security architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and partner with C-suite executives to align technology with business goals. Staying current with OCI releases, AI/ML, GenAI, and industry trends is crucial for driving innovation.

This senior manager position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle applications, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Cloud solutions. Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Oracle Alloy and Oracle Dedicated Region environments is essential. Expertise in architecting hybrid multi-cloud ecosystems, understanding data residency and regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience with Cloud Marketplace and Service Catalog capabilities are also key. Industry experience in Telecommunications, Energy, and Government & Infrastructure is preferred, along with expertise in Oracle application modules like ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX. Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle PaaS, middleware solutions, data migration, API-based integrations, and security configurations is required. A deep understanding of enterprise business processes and experience leading global Oracle implementations, coupled with exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, are vital. Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred. Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps, knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML/Blockchain, and strong project planning and risk management skills are beneficial.
