We are seeking enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates for our Planning Consulting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in enterprise planning platforms, business consulting, and AI-enabled decision support. You will engage with clients to understand their planning needs and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across various planning domains.

As a Planning Functional Consultant, your primary focus will be on understanding client business processes and planning requirements. You will actively participate in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications. Key activities include analyzing business data to prepare functional specifications and reports, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with training and post-implementation phases.

You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Documentation of business processes, solution designs, and user guides is essential. Furthermore, you will help troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and stay updated on emerging planning technologies and AI capabilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a good understanding of business processes and effective problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for client interactions. A foundational understanding of concepts related to Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Business Planning is expected.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools are required. A proactive willingness to learn enterprise planning platforms and cloud technologies is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment is key. Preferred candidates will demonstrate curiosity and practical knowledge of modern AI tools and digital productivity platforms, including generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
