You will engage directly with clients, helping them optimize planning processes across various domains.

Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes and specific planning requirements.

Contribute to the design, configuration, rigorous testing, and successful implementation of planning applications.

Analyze diverse business data sets to prepare detailed functional specifications and insightful reports.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deliver effective training sessions, and assist with post-implementation activities.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical consultants, and project managers.

Develop comprehensive documentation for business processes, solution designs, and user guides.

Troubleshoot functional issues and proactively recommend improvements to business processes.

Continuously expand knowledge of emerging planning technologies, advanced AI capabilities, and current industry best practices.

Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.

Possess a solid understanding of business processes and proven problem-solving techniques.

Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate ideas clearly.

Have foundational knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or general Business Planning concepts.

Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable using data analysis tools.

Show a strong willingness to learn and master enterprise planning platforms and cloud technologies.

Exhibit the capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.

Familiarity with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot, and prompt engineering for business applications, is highly preferred.
