- Manage Oracle and SQL Server database administration, focusing on performance, scalability, and availability improvements. - Ensure adherence to database standards, operational procedures, and governance policies. - Act as the primary technical escalation point for Oracle and SQL Server incidents. - Execute and support end-to-end database migrations, including upgrades and platform changes. - Design, implement, and manage backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions. - Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on upgrades and migration projects. - Maintain database configurations, operational guidelines, and technical documentation. - Perform technical reviews and implement corrective actions for enhanced reliability.

- Possess 3-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server Database Administration. - Demonstrated strong experience supporting production database environments. - Hands-on expertise with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, and SQL Server High Availability technologies. - Proven experience executing database upgrades and migration projects. - Practical experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server environments. - Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is essential. - Hold a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
