EY's Global Delivery Services operates a vast network of service delivery centers, supporting EY's growth strategy by providing high-caliber consulting, assurance, tax, and strategy services. Our team, comprising over 80,000 professionals across ten locations, is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions.

As the technical owner, you will be responsible for mission-critical Oracle Applications, Middleware, and Database systems. This includes overseeing installations, upgrades, and maintenance in large enterprise settings. You will lead and mentor a team of DBAs, driving the design and implementation of robust technical architectures aligned with industry standards and compliance. Establishing and governing operational processes such as monitoring, incident, and change management is crucial. You will also develop automation-based solutions to minimize recurring incidents and support cloud migration initiatives, ensuring continuous service improvement and risk mitigation.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field and relevant professional certifications are required. You should possess over 15 years of experience managing mission-critical applications, middleware, and database systems, with extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Applications, Oracle Database, and Middleware technologies. Proven experience in leading DBA teams, executing cloud migrations using various tools, and hands-on experience with backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning are essential. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure is also necessary.
