You will be instrumental in helping clients transform and automate their account reconciliation processes using Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role is crucial for delivering scalable solutions and achieving financial process efficiency.

As an Oracle ARCS Lead, you will guide the implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. This involves close collaboration with finance and business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design robust ARCS components. You will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams through complex challenges, and lead client discussions to ensure successful design sign-offs.

Key responsibilities include supporting SIT and UAT, resolving issues, leading production deployments, and providing post-production support. You will also ensure adherence to Oracle ARCS best practices and governance standards, driving successful project outcomes from initiation to completion.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-12 years in Oracle EPM solutions, including at least two end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations. A strong understanding of account reconciliation processes, financial controls, and month-end close activities is essential.

Your profile should include proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle ARCS, knowledge of its architecture and configuration, and expertise in leading client workshops and solution design sessions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
