Key responsibilities include the comprehensive management and support of Oracle Database, Oracle Applications, and Fusion Middleware/WebLogic environments. You will be instrumental in implementing and coordinating changes across all infrastructure layers, ensuring seamless installations, configurations, patching, and upgrades.

Your role will involve maintaining highly available Oracle environments, supporting multi-node application setups, and performing upgrades to the latest versions. You'll also administer crucial middleware components, troubleshoot SSL configurations, deploy applications, and implement robust Disaster Recovery solutions. Automation through Python and shell scripting is key to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

This position requires a minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications, Database, and/or Fusion Middleware administration. A strong foundation in infrastructure installation, configuration, and production support is essential, with a particular focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware/WebLogic and Oracle Applications.

Candidates must possess a blend of Apps DBA and Fusion Middleware expertise, holding strong proficiency in at least one area and a solid working knowledge of the other. A BE/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Exceptional communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently in mission-critical, customer-facing scenarios.
