You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and enhancing the applications that drive Amazon's financial operations. This position is crucial for the global rollout of our e-Business Suite applications, requiring expertise in financial modules.

Core responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring standard applications, conducting gap analyses, and developing functional designs for extensions. You will also provide essential end-user support across multiple modules and geographies, significantly influencing the team's project portfolio.

Engage with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document their processes and requirements.

Conduct gap analyses to identify necessary e-Business Suite configurations and development changes.

Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system configurations, functional designs, test plans, training materials, and implementation guides.

Collaborate with business and development teams to implement system modifications effectively.

Partner with business customers, developers, and Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Utilize SQL queries against Oracle tables for troubleshooting, metric development, and ad-hoc reporting needs.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

Demonstrated experience with large-scale data reporting tools such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos, alongside familiarity with financial systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.

Proficiency in using SQL to extract data and metrics for reporting purposes.
