Design and develop cutting-edge AI/ML models and AI-driven applications tailored for enterprise use cases. Lead the development of innovative LLM-powered solutions, including chatbots and AI agents. Architect and implement robust RAG-based solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval. Seamlessly integrate AI models with Oracle Cloud applications such as Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM. Build and deploy AI solutions utilizing leading cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, and AWS. Produce comprehensive engagement documentation, including technical designs, solution flows, and architecture diagrams. Identify and implement reusable assets and components, troubleshoot root causes, and provide effective technical solutions. Contribute to process reviews and improvements, ensuring adherence to development lifecycle best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of technical experience is required, with at least two end-to-end implementations in the AI domain. Proficiency in Python and the FAST API framework is mandatory. Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms and model optimization is essential. Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases (Chroma DB, FAISS), and RAG frameworks is crucial. Strong development experience with REST APIs and microservices, along with knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and statistics, is expected. Familiarity with Docker implementation for AI code deployment is a must. Expertise in at least one Oracle AI area, such as Vector DB, Oracle AI Database, OCI AI services, or Oracle's out-of-the-box AI features, is required. Azure AI skills related to AI foundry models and AI services are advantageous. A willingness to learn new technologies and experience in a CMMI environment are beneficial. The ability to collect requirements, build design documents, and understand deployment processes is necessary. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are key.
