The Opportunity Engagement Lifecycle (OEL) Centre of Excellence (CoE) Level 1 role is instrumental in ensuring the precise and prompt execution of operational tasks across client engagements. Collaborating closely with Engagement Business Partners (EBPs), this position champions profitable growth and efficient service delivery. We seek individuals who bring innovative thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement to our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities include meticulously monitoring and completing assigned tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring tasks are marked complete only after full action. You will promptly escalate any issues to the relevant EBP for timely resolution, adhering to standard processes while actively suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency. Contribution to CoE team calls for knowledge sharing and best practice exchange is expected. Effective liaison with stakeholders and other teams is vital for gathering inputs and sharing information. Active participation in process changes, providing feedback, and helping embed new working methods are crucial. Maintaining flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities to support team needs is essential.
To excel in this role, you will possess a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality outcomes. Effective coordination skills are necessary to complete tasks accurately and on time. The ability to plan, manage, and prioritize work effectively is crucial, alongside sound judgment for making decisions and flagging issues. Proficiency in numerical and data analysis, coupled with a proactive and reliable team-player attitude, is expected. Curiosity and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, challenging the status quo for better ways of working, are highly valued. Experience in administration, project management, or customer service roles is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft systems and databases.
