Join our team as an Operations Processing Associate, a key role in managing and maintaining security products across global retail locations. This position involves commissioning and de-commissioning security equipment, conducting crucial audit and compliance checks, and ensuring the accuracy of data captured by these systems. You will remotely manage camera settings and configurations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and contribute to a secure retail environment.

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent customer relationship skills. You'll be instrumental in providing efficient and courteous service, applying your in-depth knowledge of systems and operations to support our clients. Documenting all activities thoroughly is essential for successful issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Commission and de-commission security products like Closed-Circuit Cameras in retail stores globally. Conduct audit and compliance checks by reviewing video recordings to ensure data accuracy. Remotely adjust settings and configurations for new and existing cameras. Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies promptly. Escalate unresolved issues to a supervisor in a timely manner. Maintain excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Document all activities and actions taken to resolve customer issues. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times. Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and operations to support assigned customer groups.

Open to working in a 24x7 environment, including US shifts. Requires a minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role, demonstrating logical problem-solving abilities. Must have 6+ months of experience with Windows PC applications, including MS Office, with proficiency in keyboard use and screen navigation. Possess strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to exchange information with clients. Must be a graduate in any stream. Candidates currently residing in the Delhi NCR region and working from home are preferred. Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
