Key responsibilities include commissioning and de-commissioning security systems like CCTV cameras across North America and globally. You will conduct crucial audit and compliance checks, reviewing video recordings to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, you'll remotely manage camera settings, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, and escalate complex issues promptly.

Effective documentation of all actions and providing courteous, efficient customer service are vital. You will leverage your in-depth system knowledge to support assigned customer groups, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking individuals with at least 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating logical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Windows PC applications, including MS Office, is essential for daily tasks involving keyboard navigation and internet usage.

Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills are a must. Excellent written and oral communication abilities are required to effectively interact with clients. A graduate degree in any stream is necessary. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7 environment, particularly US shifts, and currently reside in the Delhi NCR region.
