Join EY's GDS Operations Enablement team as a Supervising Associate and contribute to our significant growth. You will play a key part in shaping the future of GDS Operations by enhancing team integration and operational efficiency.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, trackers, and risk registers. Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and leadership. Create impactful executive dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making. Lead project governance meetings and leadership reviews, ensuring smooth progress. Analyze data to extract actionable insights that enhance project outcomes and operational effectiveness. Contribute to process enhancements and the adoption of best practices in project management.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required. Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and ensure timely project execution across diverse teams. An MBA in Operations, Finance, or Marketing is preferred. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial. Excellent coordination, influencing, and relationship-management skills are necessary. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is considered a significant advantage.
