NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Operations Analysis Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing high-impact incidents, particularly those related to DSCSA compliance, ensuring seamless operations and rapid resolution.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be the central point of command during critical operational events. You will expertly lead real-time triage, manage escalations, foster cross-functional collaboration, and maintain clear executive communication. Your efforts will directly impact serialization, EPCIS data exchange, DC receiving/shipping, customer ordering, and returns processes.

This position operates within McKesson’s established ITSM and Major Incident Management framework. You will collaborate closely with various departments including Business Operations, IT, SAP ATTP, EPCIS, Infrastructure, and Integration teams, as well as external partners, to achieve swift problem resolution and drive ongoing improvements.

Serve as the primary point of command during DSCSA-impacting incidents, providing decisive leadership.

Lead real-time incident triage, effective escalation, and seamless cross-functional coordination.

Manage executive-level communication during critical operational events affecting key business functions.

Operate within the ITSM and Major Incident Management framework to ensure standardized and efficient incident handling.

Partner with Business Operations, IT, SAP ATTP, EPCIS, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to drive rapid issue resolution.

Collaborate with external vendors to expedite incident recovery and implement solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for incident management processes.

Proven experience in incident management, particularly within a complex operational environment.

Familiarity with ITSM and Major Incident Management (MIM) frameworks.

Strong understanding of business operations, IT systems, and related technologies (e.g., SAP ATTP, EPCIS).

Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage situations under pressure.

Experience in triage, escalation, and problem-solving is essential.
