We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives. If you are passionate about leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to achieve exceptional results in a culture that values integrity and performance, this role is for you.

Lead end-to-end continuous quality improvement projects, utilizing data to identify and resolve complex problems within your area of expertise.

Investigate and address non-standard requests and challenges, translating strategic concepts into practical solutions with minimal guidance.

Prioritize and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines, acting as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues.

Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities and quantify quality results, implementing actionable improvements for the organization.

Champion coordination and collaboration across internal business units to embed quality discipline throughout the department and participate in the design and monitoring of quality programs.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, coupled with at least two years of experience in process improvement, quality management, project management, or business analysis.

Proven expertise in Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt experience or Green Belt certification is highly advantageous) is essential. You should possess intermediate MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.

Demonstrate excellent customer service, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities are crucial for balancing multiple demands.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a talent for communicating ideas clearly and concisely, and facilitating meetings effectively.
