Drive a robust Six Sigma quality culture across the organization. Lead and manage a team of Six Sigma practitioners and project managers, ensuring the successful execution of their work. Track and achieve process improvement goals, launching key initiatives to meet critical business objectives. Spearhead functional or segment teams and projects, collaborating effectively with leaders and business partners. Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and directives, including those related to work location, assignments, and flexible work arrangements.

A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required. Possess extensive experience (10-12 years) in Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is essential. Demonstrated experience with projects involving emerging technologies such as automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence. Proven ability to resolve major project or customer issues and extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders at all leadership levels. Strong, demonstrable experience in change management, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is crucial for this role.
