We are seeking an accomplished OpenText / Informatica Data Archival Consulting Practice Lead to spearhead our enterprise archiving, application retirement, and compliance initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on driving advisory services, crafting robust solutions, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering practice expansion.

Ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and a strong command of leading archival technologies such as OpenText InfoArchive, OpenText Archive Center, and Informatica Data Archive (IDA). The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data archival strategies within a leading global technology services organization.

Key responsibilities include leading comprehensive archival assessments and discovery workshops, developing strategic ILM roadmaps, and defining effective governance frameworks and operating models. You will also play a crucial role in supporting RFP responses, architecting solutions, providing accurate estimations, and contributing to pre-sales efforts. This role demands architectural leadership for data archiving, complex archive migrations, and application decommissioning programs, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, retention policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Furthermore, you will be instrumental in cultivating consulting capabilities, developing reusable accelerators and best practices, and mentoring teams to foster practice growth. Engaging effectively with business, compliance, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders is paramount to success, acting as a trusted advisor throughout client engagements.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Data Archival and Information Lifecycle Management is required for this position. Essential skills encompass proficiency in OpenText InfoArchive & Archive Center, Informatica Data Archive (IDA) & ILM, Enterprise Data Archiving, Application Retirement & Decommissioning, and Archive Migration & Modernization.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Data Retention & Compliance Management, Information Governance & Data Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Data Architecture. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and strong Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication skills are also critical. Preferred skills include experience with IBM Optim, SAP ILM, FileNet, Documentum, ECM Platforms, and knowledge of GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, Records Management, and Legal Hold. A proven track record in consulting leadership, solution architecture, practice building, and pre-sales is highly valued.
